Go Forth! There is an open door

He says there is MORE! Read “more” as GREATER. There is greater.

On the Hebrew Calendar we are in year 5784. The year of the Open Door. I want to share what God has been releasing to me about this time.

The Open Doors ahead contain the MORE (greater) He has for His children.

The issue is there are many still bound, trapped, and restrained. Demonic traps (mindsets, sin, generational curses, trauma, circumstances) that His people are still tussling with. He has already secured freedom, but you must come into the UNDERSTANDING of what He has done and by faith take the step OUT of that place.

Here is a spiritual reality God made clear to me in prayer. At the gates and at the doors are demonic gatekeepers taunting His people!!! The taunts are discouragement, fear, insecurity, doubts, shame etc. The goal is to cause you to retreat from charging ahead!!!

God led me to read the story of David again to get a picture of how this plays out! His people were at a gate/door. Their territory was being attacked by the philistines and at the gate/door stood a demonic mocker and gatekeeper for the Philistines named Goliath. He is named a champion (one who stands between another definition used to describe him is a gibor (mighty man or mighty one). Goliath released threats and caused FEAR to overtake the Israelite army so much so that they would retreat whenever he would step up.

The scripture says in 1 Samuel 17:11 “When Saul and all Israel HEARD THESE WORDS of the Philistine, they were dismayed and greatly afraid”. Words have power!!! This went on for a time span of 40 days even.

The scripture says however when DAVID HEARD THEM an activation happened!!! (1 Samuel 17:23) David who’s heart was that of a MIGHTY ONE and a gibor himself, heard these threats by happenstance one day bringing his brothers lunch and WHEW!! He got in MODE!!! He had passed the tests of VICTORY. He also demonstrated that he was a warrior and priest (even before ever occupying that space and title).
